Hypnotherapist, Sound Ceremonialist Healing Arts Facilitator Founder of The MeccHERverse™
Those drawn to Jill’s work are often Healers, Creatives, Leaders, and Change Makers who feel called to heal their inner landscape so they may step more fully into their purpose.
Before dedicating herself fully to healing work, Jill spent more than 25 years in the film and television industry as a Costume Professional supporting the visual artistry of major productions. That creative background continues to influence the immersive environments and ceremonial experiences she now creates.
Jill is also a contributing author to Souls of My Sisters (Simon & Schuster) and has been featured in national media for her early activism work as Co-Founder of The Abolish the N-Word Project, which gained widespread attention across the United States.

Through circles, ceremonies, sound immersions, and the digital sanctuary of The MeccHERverse™, Jill continues her life’s vow:

Her vision is to support the healing of 100,000 Black women and seven generations beyond them.
Jill Flowers is a Hypnotherapist, Sound Ceremonialist, and the Founder of The MeccHERverse™, a sacred ecosystem of healing circles, sound immersions, and transformational experiences devoted to the wellness and awakening of Black women.
Her work blends hypnosis, sound and vibrational medicine, breath, ritual, and spiritual insight to create immersive ceremonial experiences that support deep rest, emotional clearing, and soul remembrance.
In addition to her being a certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Master Guided Imagery Facilitator, Sound Healer, and Ordained Interfaith Minister. Over the years she has woven these disciplines into her signature approach known as HypnoSoul Healing, which integrates subconscious healing with energetic and ceremonial practices.
