Your Invitation to Exhale...
More than ever we need to sit in spaces and feel the warmth and connection that familiarity brings. To commune in the ways we have created for women have been extremely healing for us. In so many of our spaces we are misunderstood, judged, made fun of and so we wear the mask we need to wear to survive. We cannot heal in survival, we cannot rest, we cannot take a full breath. This is your invitation to put down the mask, to take a deep breath and exhale.
What We Are Not...
It's important to have complete clarity when money, time and commitment are involved. We don't want anyone to be confused about what this is and what it isn't. This is not a religious group nor is it for those looking to proselytize, evangelize or convert. We are not a sorority or a networking space although connections may organically happened. This is not for you if healing, transformation or personal growth isn't on your vision board.
This is group sanctuary for biological born Women who identify with the diaspora experience, who desire accountability on their healing path and connection with their community. Some may use this as adjunct to therapy but may also come to this space seeking alternative paths for healing. This community is multi generational, multi sexual with neither being a major focus of our time together. We are colorfully multilayered, spiritual, intentional while living, loving laughing and becoming.
